Janell joined the Lone Oak team in 2019, working her way up from a payroll specialist to an account manager. Bringing in-depth knowledge and empathy to every interaction, she is dedicated to advocating for her clients and helping them improve their efficiency. Janell knows that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to staffing; she takes the time to understand the unique goals, pain points, and needs of each client to best support their business, and she is essential to building relationships between our clients and our customer service teams.

Outside of Lone Oak, Janell is working towards a degree in cultural anthropology.
